Eligibility	– Must have appeared in Preliminary Eligibility Test-2023 (PET-2023) and obtained a valid score.- Candidates with zero/negative scores are ineligible.- UI/Provisional category candidates can apply, but final selection depends on Commission’s decision.
Application Process	Online only through upsssc.gov.in. Applications through other mediums will not be accepted.
Essential Qualifications	– Candidates must meet educational qualifications and other eligibility criteria by 22-01-2025.- Certificates supporting reservation/age relaxation should be valid and as per the prescribed format.
Special Note	Candidates must ensure fee payment adjustment by 22-01-2025 or within 7 days (by 29-01-2025). Fee adjustment is mandatory for application printing.

Educational Qualification	Passed Intermediate examination from UP Board or equivalent recognized by the Government.
Typing Speed	– 25 wpm in Hindi– 30 wpm in English
Computer Certification	CCC Certificate in Computer Operations from DOEACC Society or equivalent recognized by the Government.

Preference Criteria	Details
Service in Territorial Army	Candidates who have served in the Territorial Army for at least 2 years.
NCC Certificate	Candidates who have obtained the ‘B’ Certificate from the National Cadet Corps (NCC).

Maximum Age	40 years (as of 1st July of the advertisement year).
Age Relaxation	Applicable for SC/ST/OBC and other notified categories as per government rules.
