(a) All India Financial Institutions, e.g., EXIM Bank, NABARD, SIDBI, etc.
(b) Scheduled Commercial Banks (under the Second Schedule of the RBI Act, 1934)
(c) NBFCs registered with RBI
OR Candidates with at least 2 years’ experience (core functioning) in:
(i) Entities dealing in Investment Banking/Merchant Banking registered with SEBI
(ii) Entities dealing in Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) registered with SEBI
(iii) Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs) registered with RBI
(iv) Subsidiary of Scheduled Commercial Banks dealing in the MSME segment
(v) Project management (administering and implementing national importance projects/schemes) with consultancy firms of national stature (with over 10 years of experience in similar consultancy/project management, particularly related to government projects, digital lending, or project management in government schemes).

(a) Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
(b) Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)
(c) All India Financial Institutions: e.g., EXIM Bank, NABARD, SIDBI, etc.
(d) Scheduled Commercial Banks (under the Second Schedule of the RBI Act, 1934)
(e) NBFCs registered with RBI.
Desirable Experience: Passing JAIIB and CAIIB exams is preferred.

Notes:

  • Educational Qualification at Graduation Level: Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of study after Class XII from a UGC/Govt.-approved institution.
  • Post-Graduation/ Master’s Degree: The course must be of at least 2 years duration from a UGC/Govt.-approved institution.
  • Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience, as detailed above, in relevant institutions or organizations.

Essential Educational Qualifications and Experience for Manager Grade ‘B’ (Legal Stream)

(c) All-India Financial Institutions such as EXIM Bank, NABARD, SIDBI, etc.
(d) Scheduled Commercial Banks (under the Second Schedule of the RBI Act, 1934)
(e) Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs)
(f) NBFCs registered with RBI.
Desirable Experience: Special knowledge in Banking Law, Company Law, Labour Law, Constitutional Law, Recovery, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Laws, Property and Revenue matters, and experience in drafting pleadings and legal documents.

Notes:

  • Educational Qualification: The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law from a UGC/Govt.-approved institution with at least 3 years of duration.
  • Post-Graduation: A Master’s Degree in Law or CS qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years work experience in the relevant legal departments or organizations as listed above.

Essential Educational Qualifications and Experience for Manager Grade ‘B’ (Information Technology Stream)

(c) Listed Companies.
(d) NBFCs registered with RBI.
Experience in AI/ML: At least 2 years in AI/ML Solutions with hands-on experience in ML/Deep Learning algorithms.
Experience in Programming: At least 2 years in Python, R programming or web application development or RDBMS, SQL, PL SQL programming.
Experience in IT Security/Infrastructure: At least 5 years in IT Security Management or IT Infrastructure and Network Management.
Desirable Experience: – Exposure to Remote Process Automation tools.
– Exposure to UI Skills.
– Experience in enterprise-level security solutions and working with diverse teams to implement security measures.

Notes:

  • Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree or MCA in relevant IT fields with minimum required marks from a UGC/Govt.-approved institution.
  • Desirable Experience: Industry-specific certifications in AI/ML, Full Stack Development, and ITIL are preferred.
