Chairman of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission
– Should be a Judge of a District Court or qualified to be a Judge.- Minimum age: 35 years.- Must have a Bachelor of Laws (Professional) degree and at least 7 years of experience as an advocate.
Member of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions
– Minimum age: 35 years and not more than 65 years.- Graduate degree from a recognized university.- Must have at least 10 years of experience in consumer affairs, law, administration, economics, finance, etc.
