| (A) Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in related fields | Master’s Degree in Computer Application, Computer Science, or Master of Technology (Computer Application), or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Technology from a recognized University/Institute. |
| OR (B) Bachelor’s Degree + 2 Years Experience | (i) Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application, Computer Science, Electronics, or Electronics and Communication Engineering. (ii) 2 years of experience in electronic data processing work, including actual programming, from a recognized institute or government/public sector body. |
| OR (C) A-Level Diploma + 3 Years Experience | (i) A-Level diploma under Department of Electronics Accredited Computer Courses, or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application. (ii) 3 years of experience in electronic data processing work, including actual programming, from a recognized institute or government/public sector body. |
| Desirable Skills | Knowledge of programming in C, C++, Visual C++, Oracle, RDBMS, UNIX or UNIX-like Operating Systems, WINDOWS Networking, or Windows environments. |
Level- 07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
